Help to OC Asus P4P800 Deluxe & 2.8HC

Gentlemen,

This is my rig:

Asus P4P800 Deluxe
Intel P4 2.8 HC
ATI Radeon 8500
Kingston Hyper X PC3500 2x256
WD 36Gig Raptor 10K RPM

This is what I'd like to know:

1. What programs should I use for the base line.
2. What are optimal settings that I should use with this setup?

bump...any overclockers have any advice for our new member?

Im not an overclocker really, but I like to sometimes go to this site and check out the overclock data for certain cpus....I saw your motherboard and cpu shown as going to over 3400mhz with stock cooling...so Id say you have a decent overclocking setup there. Of course a lot of it depends on the motherboard bios options as far as frequency dividers etc etc.

Another thing is memory timings...I assume its best to try to the best overclock you can get with "conservative" memory settings..and then try to dial in the more agressive memory settings later.

that is the same set-up I am useing
except I do not reconize the H in the cpu
I am useing the p4-2.4C and it is running at 3 gig
used the pat at 20% and that was all that was needed to do
