Help ASAP needed

Hello! I just put Recovery discs into computer. Need to install Ati Tv Wonder VE that I once had installed. Maybe 6 months ago had it installed. Under Device Manager I do not see Ati drivers but some tell me that a Driver Cleaner is needed to be done before installing the new Ati drivers from Ati.Com. Is this true or not?

Yes get the latest directX then windows media encoder 9 http://www.microsoft.com/windows/dir...ds/default.htm

then go here and install all the rest of the stuff: http://www.ati.com/support/drivers/w...wonder-xp.html

If you dont have XP then i think you need to go with this

Well if you used recovery disks then any old drivers left behind would be gone correct?
If there is anything in the add-remove programs ati for the wonder card then uninstall it.

ahh yes no Ati devices in control Panel. Damn enemy at wrk trying to mess me up. Ill be installing now be in touch if any more problems.

also the media encoder 9 says that it can only work with xp i have Me.. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/win...er/sysreq.aspx

will this be a problem?
