in need of a photo editing wizard . please looky

I got a photo from my sister of my mom from when she graduated nursing school . it is a copy that was made from a photo that was very old and stained and had creases in it . i have no idea how to use photo show and was hoping i could find someone that could help me out by cleaning it up for me with a program . if you are up to the task i would be gratfull . my mother just passed and i would like to maybe get the photo colorised later , it is a BW photo . but i need o get it cleaned up first . if you can help send me a pm and i can email the scan to ya .

Took out all the marks on the photo...didn't know if you wanted anything done with the sharpness, etc...

cyberlore thats great . ya i was wanting to get it as clean as possible so maybe i can take it in and get it colorised if possible . but thats great man thanks . the original that my sister has is kinda scratched up and i was hoping i could get it cleaned up and send a copy to her also to replace the original .

thanks yes she was . i was very proud of my mother , not only did she has great looks but an mba also . she she was a power house . she had it all looks and brains .
