Anyone play SWG or other MMOs?

Spend 50 for the game, 50 a month for broadband, and 13 a month for subscription? Count me out! I'll stick with my FPS's.

Its alot cheaper than regular games if you put it in perspective. Either you pay 13 a month for swg, an online game that is always changing and getting more additions, or spend 30-60 dollars a month in buying games that get old after a day or two.

I used to pay SWG. It was cool...up to a point. The game has nothing to offer the player after character creation. You could have this badass character and have nothing else to do. I have since left and moved to DAoC.

I might consider checking SWG back out in 6 months or so. Just to see if it has picked up since.

i played for ~3 months, got bored and quit

ill check up on it after space expansion, hopefully its less pokemon and more star wars by then

Thats just your MMO biased opinion. I am FPS biased, been playing CS for a long time, MOHAA is gettin up to 2 years now, UT2K3 for a few months, and COD soon. So obviously I can make a FPS last just as long as you can with a MMO.
