Kids Linksys and T1... is it possible???

I am trying to configure a Linksys router (the BEFW11S4) on a T1 network. It keeps disconnecting every hour or so... if you have ANY ideas how to fix this (I feel like I have tried everything under the sun), please let me know.

Firmware issues are my first guess. Try the lastest one, then try some older revisions.

I haven't heard of many fixes for consumer router issues other than Firmwar. You may need to RMA it.

I assume you mean return it? that is not a problem... I just want to have a router at home because I have 2 desktops (wired), one laptop (wireless) and one PDA (wireless).... is there another router that you think I should use?

Yes, RMA (return material authorization aka "send it back")

I can't offer any suggestions, I've had a least minor issues with consumer routers I've worked with. I also haven't worked with very many but I have tried the BEFW11S4. I also saw a similar problem but it only afffected the wireless clients.

I'm sure others here can offer some good suggestions on what's worked well for them.
