Gaming Sympatico DSL slow?

Hey, I've been palying cs alot, and I've ntoiced I'm getting mroe lag and spikage. For about a month or two after getting the Microsoft base station and having it wirelessly hooked up, it was fine - but I've heard rhumours about Sympatico having some techi issues
In cs my IN and OUT or both below 0, now are they plannig on fixing this, is this even true?
Anything I can do that could help it?
thanks

it may be your pc. Use Adaware 6.0, there might be something in the background causing this.
