Kids MSI K7T Pro2 Smart D-LED code?

I am working to try and figure out a problem my friends computer is having. It is an MSI K7T Pro2 motherboard. It has that Smart D-LED thing on it, but i cannot get any info from MSI's website. When i do a search it tells me product not found. Or when i go to their product page and click on a chipset, i get a blank page that says Product does not exist.

Does anyone have the manual for this board that can give me the D-LED code?

the problem that i am getting is the computer will not boot. When power is applied the PS and CPU fan spin but that is it. I have removed all the expansion cards and memory and i cannot get the board to give me any error beeps. According to an Article on Anandtech.com about the board, there is supposed to also be a english voice that tells you the problem. Anandtech said that they could not hear anything and neither can i.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I found the manual in MIS's archives.

the D-LED tells me that the CPU is not working properly. Can i really trust this info? Unfortunately i do not have another CPU to test with right now.
