Spearhead Cheat Codes

Could someone please tell me exactly what you need to type in the Target window in order to enable the cheats in MOH Spearhead?

I've tried this but it doesn't work:

+set cheats 1 +set ui_console 1 +set thereisnomonkey 1

Any help would be appreciated, cuz I'm seriously stuck in Fall of Berlin.
