Win 2k - Event 7000 = Blue screen of Death

I have Windows 2000 professional..

I get the blue screen of death when either playing a CD or copying a song off a CD...
In my Event Log it shows Event ID 7000
The Software cinemaster NT 4.0 driver service failed to start due to the following error:the system can not find the file specified.
I have ATI Radeon 7800.
I also do not have a DVD drive.



Is there anyone that can help?
