ATI HL2 Coupons..

hey guys, has any1 of u ordered any ATI XT card that came with the HL2 Coupon??
i was trying to fill mine out today..
i went to the site and it this is what they require:
Please mail in the following to ATI in order to receive Half-Life® 2 when available in retail (Mailing Address Below):

1-Photocopy of the Half-Life® 2 Coupon showing your activation key code - exposed
2-Original UPC (bar code) or the full product name cut from the ATI or Partner product package (Photocopies will not be accepted)
3-Photocopy of sales receipt with the qualifying ATI or ATI partner 3D graphics board purchase circled
4-Completed Fulfillment Order Form

2 questions...
i ordered my card from newegg..
i didnt buy it at a store.. so i dont have a receipt...
what should i mail in then...?

second question..
here it says that i dont need to provide my credit card #..
but when i called customer support... damn machine..
"she" said that i need to provide my credit card number for shipping and tax and such....
... and even if i mail this in.. i dont think i will get the game..
i think ATI doesnt care at all if they mail this game to me...
after all it would be better for them...

Im guessing for a "receipt" the order form from newegg will do

Send them your invoice, that's proof you purchased it from them, atleast it is the closest thing to a receipt.

i guess just send them the number. And dont pay the credit card. That way if the game doesnt come, the credit company will help you cuz they want their money.

It will likely come, but I think that's BS they are making you pay S&H especially having to use a CC for your payment.

Debit card #'s work anywhere a CC does. I use mine at newegg all the time-just enter it where it asks for cc #'s. Its basically same but a real account (i.e. better cause they know money is there plus bank will trace fraud!) You do have a bank account right. If so not a problem really.
