do u guys know how HL2 will run with my comp
AMD Barton 2500+
80gig HDD RAID/SATA
512 DDR Kingston PC-2700
Asus A7N8X Deluxe
ATI 9600 XT

any guesses??

That should be more than enough to run it. It probly will not run at full detail and super high res but it should run well enough for most peoples likings.
