TraceSessionManager.exe?

It just started appearing in my Task Manager window under Processes tab recently. Ive searched google but not coming up with any results. Also tried microsoft support site but nothing there either.

Any know what this program is, and if its safe to be running? I've ran ad-aware, and norton anti-virus with latest virus definitions and all seems to be well.
