Icon changing.

How do I change icons for all folders on my system? I know how to change single folders but I want to change all folders to use a mac icon I downloaded. Same with my drives and a few other things.

XP

Do I need plus! for xp?

Also how do I edit the startmenu side bar that says "Windows Xp Professional"?

I know where to change the start button through registry and I asume thats how I would change the text.

For the icons thats what I really want to change.
