GAINWARD TI-4200 128mb

IT HAS A PROBLEM. Whenever i plug it in, at least in my mainboard (Monterreywith P4 CPU) It has a few wavy lines accross the screen, in other words the screen is a little scrambled. What should i do???

First check to see if the card works properly (fan still spinning, nothing loose, etc.), then reinstall drivers. Also try another monitor.

Do you have a separate monitor that you know are working properly? If you do, plug the working monitor into your Gainward Ti 4200. If the wavy lines still show, there's a good chance it's the video card.

I had this happen to a friend who used a TNT2. I'm not sure how it happened, but I think he overclocked it.

my card just f**ked up for no reason!!! I have not overclock it yet but it is messed up

Well, language like that isn't going to get you anywhere here. I know it's frustrating, but don't take your frustration out here please. Kick your desk or something. I'd hate for someone to get banned until at least after we find out what the solution to the problem is
