Spec-Tek Mem.

anyone know anything about Spec-Tek memory modules?
Just found out what the maker of my mem is.
DDR 2700 333 256 mg

Sold as "Generic" Also went to Spec-Tek Main page and doesn't show MSI as a supported MOBO?? Will this hurt anything performance wise or hardware wise??

any info would be appreciated..thanks...

If it's in your mobo and working fine, then appearently it's not hurting performance.

Being that your mobo isn't shown as supported could mean as little as they haven't tested it in your brand yet. I've heard of Spek-Tek being used often with no perfromance probs.

Just curious, heard about so many other brands of mem. Some reaching over 100$ per stick...Didn't know how much performance I could be losing due to this particular brand of Ram.

Have copper heatspreaders on both sticks to help with performance...seems to run fine...
