Norton reinstall

i just recenty had to format and reinstall windows for my uncle and he had Norton AV and firewall installed on his computer sence he subscribed to it on line he dose not have a cd. dose any one have a link to there reinstall page. i keep finding buy now

Hey while we are on the topic...I had to reformat like 2 days after i renewed my subscription for a year...I don't know how to get that back on my record cuz w/ the mobo I have it comes with 3 months free and it is showing that instead of 1 year subscription.

He needs his serial number or what ever code they gave him when he downloaded it.

or contact customer service and explain

always make back ups, or atleast save registion codes and serial numbers on paper somewhere

let us know what happens, I haven't had a problem with symantec customer service except they are slow to respond
