Whats faster?

Wich of these two cards is the faster? GF4 TI4600 or GF4 TI4800 SE? Reason i'm asking is becasue there is like a $20 - $50 price gap between them, with the 4800 being the cheaper.

Thanks,
-Biz

Is the 4800 just a 8x version of the 4600? What does teh SE mean?

Also, how much improvement will I get with the 4800 over my GeForce2ti450? In UT2k3 with everything set to highest, and all the eye candy turned on, i get about 30-40 fps.
