Outlook XP Failing to find pop Server

I'm really confused!

I upgraded to office XP and started using outlook xp from it. It worked for a short time but now it's not downloading messages at all! I keep getting an error (attached) saying that it's failed to connect to the pop server. I've checked all the account details and they're as stated by my ISP. A friend of mine is having the exact same problem with outlook XP.

Anyone got any ideas on what I should do?

The error message in the previous post is from the test account settings screen.

The attached error is straight from send/receive.
