Formatted.. Reinstalled.. Having major problems. help?

I just recently formatted my windows drive and reinstalled.. everything was cool..
i have multiple drives because i format quite often.

drive 1 = windows drive
drive 2 = game drive and personnal document drive
drive 3 = install files backup drive

my last install of windows i re-routed the windows,"my documents" folder to the "my documents" folder found on another drive (drive2)... all fine and dandy.

when i formatted and reinstalled windows this time i realized that i am now locked out of the whole drive 2.. i get the error messege
"D:\ is not accessible. Access is denied."
NOT COOL. - 13 gig's of mp3s.. 4 gig's of photoshop art projects and stock pictures.. and maybe a little pr0n. ^_~ ALL LOST!!

is there some kind of 1337 way of h4x0ring into the drive? (pardon my use of leet speak) or can i just jumble around a couple o' settings..
please oh please oh please don't say i am screwed...

there wasnt a security tab before when i checked.. i swear there wasnt..
