Irfanview is an all purpose graphic viewer that you can crop and enhance, make slideshows and a host of other things. The best freeware viewer ever.

Here ya go...

The best freeware photo editer/creater and it uses a layered type layout, so it's similar to Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro.
