ATI 9100 out of sync error
I keep getting a out of sync error. I've updated to the newest drivers Catalyst 3.9, no help. I found out that the ATI cards with TV drop the the refresh rate when a TV is hooked up. Problem is I don't have a tv hooked up, ATI control panel does not find one. Yet everytime I boot up XP I get a pop up saying that disabling the TV will increase preformance. The pop up is checked to automaticaly pop up when a tv is enabled. I have even tried force detecting a tv and disabling it no help. Anyone got any ideas?
