Get some good DDR Memmory. Fastest the mobo can take... Im not sure on what it can take but I recommend using www.pricewatch.com to find the cheapest stuff and then using www.resellerratings.com to see if it is a good company.

If you mean what speed then it just depends on your budget....it will take up to PC3200 (same as saying DDR400)

Im not sure of the motherboard specifics as far as the memory settings, but it will probably let you run the memory at different speeds than the cpu....so even if you had an Athlon XP2200 (266fsb) or a 2500 Barton (333fsb) you could still run the memory at DDR400 (PC3200)

So just depends on your wallet....I dont know if the benchmarks show a lot of difference between ,say, pc2700 and pc3200....but the fastest RAM would give you more headroom and future growth possibilities, even more overclocking possibilities etc.

Looks like your motherboard supports DDR3200, so if you get that now you'll be able to run a barton 400fsb, or upgrade to one in the future. If you're planning on overclocking, DDR3500 would give you some top-end overhead.
