Systems Wireless mini pci card question....?

I recently purchased a Toshiba A15-S1292. I know it is the cheap laptop that bestbuy had for 500 bucks on black friday. It works good for what I need it for. I was looking to get rid of the PCMCIA WiFi card and get a mini PCI card. Upon examining the back of the laptop I noticed that it says that you are unable to install a wireless card in this computer. I opened it up and I looked at it and there is no built in antenna. I was wondering if anyone knows if you can install an antenna or if anyone can point me in the direection of how to install one. I can get the card on eBay and that is not the problem. I would perfer to not have the dumb card sticking out of the side of my laptop. Thanks for the help in advance.

Hi, folks
I did tryed in this laptop with mini pci card from the HP, and it work fine. I did not find the anntena wires so i just put the laptop close to the router. All you need is antenna or the is some cards with built in antennas like this one from dell.
Dell
I have not oredered one yet. I will let you know if it works.
Thanks

I saw on Ebay a wireless minipci card antenna. Would you be able to use this to help boost the signal if there isn't one already installed in the computer? I would love to get rid of the card sticking out of the side of my computer but want to make sure it will get a good signal.

Looks like this is where the antennas should be routed. If I had some good ideas on building the antennas I would do that!

I guess a pre-built antenna can be had such as:

link to e-bay auction

If anyone does try this, please let me know if it works and the kind of range you get. I may buy these items and try it soon, then I can put my PCMCIA card back into another laptop or my tablet comptuer.
