Outlook 2000 problem
I can't seem to customize my outlook 2000 'Outlook Today' page.
if i click on the shortcut that says 'Customize Outlook today', nothing happens. How can i fix this? thanks and more power.

I'm almost positive your problem is related to the folowing:

OL2000: You Cannot Customize Outlook Today After You Install Critical Update 813489 for Internet Explorer

Follow the (somewhat complex) instructions in the article to solve your problem!
