any way to make dvd movie show up on secondary monitor?

i want to make it so that when i turn on my tv as a second display the dvd video will show up. right now it only shows up on the primary display and i dont want to switch my monitor to the secondary as that would force me to move the taskbar plus the desktop icons, or have them both display the same image. i would also have to move any windows or programs i opened because they would come up on the tv since it would be the primary display. i've got a 9600pro.

Well, I got two monitors, and if you bring up the power DVD, and drag and drop it to the secondary monitor BEFORE you start playing it, it works just fine.

Can't seem to handle moving the movie while it is playing for some reason
