best video card

my dad wants to get my brother the best video card for under $100

we would have loved to get that black friday deal for $70 at bestbuy, but they were sold out...

so what is the best that we can get for under $100?
my brother would say that he is a gamer, but only moderately (maybe some CoD or some BF)

any links, deals, coupons would be greatly appreciated.

Yup, Sweeper is on the right track. Actually, many of the 9600se cards are pretty good for the price. All are *around* $100. I got the Asus 9600se for my bro this christmas.

I happen to own both CoD and BF1942, so if you really need me to, I can pop the Asus 9600se in and test it out for ya and tell you how well it performs.

correct me if im wrong but the 9800 is better than the 9800 se.... is the 9600 the same?

Yes, the Non SE version is better than the SE versions. SE versions are usually stripped down a little.
