Help Quick!

Hello! I once had an Ati TV wonder Ve in my pci slot. I then removed & put recovery discs in to make for a clean slate in my cpu. Everything went good. Problem is that when I go look in Device Manager it is saying that there is a pci multimedia device and next to it theres question marks. There is nothing new in pci slot. What seems to be the problem?

Might be picking up your onboard sound or something similar, do you have all the drivers for that sort of thing installed?
