Power Supply?
Is the Antec P4 ATX12V 400 Watt Power Supply With 2 Fans compatible with an amd motherboard and processor.

I jus want to know before i buy it?

I'm sure it would be compatable with almost any MB and Pros, unless you were running a lot of drives

im wondering cause it says (P4) in the name and i thought that meant pentium 4 only.

It probably does stand for that, but I never heard of a difference.
I think it means it meets Intels Min requirements.

It means that it has the 4-pin connector used on most P4 boards. It will still work with AMD systems.

I was thinking that also, and I had to go look, but my Abit NF7-S ( AMD Board) uses that 12v 4 pin connector.

im going to be using a Asus nForce2 Ultra 400 Motherboard for AMD Processors, Model "A7N8X Deluxe" board for this build

I have a Barton 2500 2 SATA hd 3 optical drives and a zip on a 400w Allied with no problem. so that Antec should be sweet.

Edit HDs are raid 0, so they always run together.
