Food Simple question about FSB frequency jumper on the Biostar M7NCD Pro

Where on earth is the frequency jumper on the Biostar M7NCD Pro? Biostar's website and manual are of no help.

Yes I want it. Pm me the details and we'll work that out. I'm going to try resetting the CMOS and changing the jumper on this other computer. Thanks for all the info.

All right I guess I should post my problem. I power on and get no video signal. Everything spins up(fans etc.) but no picture. I have reset the CMOS by jumper, by removing the CMOS battery for 2 hours, and by changing the CPU frequency jumper. I have reseated the video card, RAM, and CPU. Still nothing. Here is a list of what I am trying to run:

Raidmax 278WBP case
Allied 400 watt dual fan AMD appoved power supply
Biostar M7NCD-Pro nForce2 motherboard
AMD XP2600+ Barton CPU
2 512MB Kingston HyperX PC3500-434Mhz DDR RAM dual channel
Abit Siluro GeForce 4 Ti4200 128MB DDR 8x AGP graphics card
Maxtor 160GB 7200rpm ATA133 hard drive
Lite-On 16x DVD drive
Lite-On 52x32x52x CDRW drive
floppy drive

Anyone got any ideas. Is it something that I'm overlooking? Any help is appreciated.
