i hope you got the one with hl2 bundled

that directory most likely is the directory with the driver installer. just look in it and see if theres a setup.exe or install and double click it, and if it brings up a driver installer then thats what you want to hold on to. you dont need to copy that folder (it's just the installer), just remember where it's at if you need it.

Well your drivers will be parsed on the Drivers folder inside the windows folder.... but it would be much easier if you just download the drivers from the website... that way you can reinstall them with out any problem....

That ATI card will surely give you very good performance, my 9500 is very good I assume that yours will be better.

That one comes with the HL2 voucher correct..... damn I envy you....

Yep CanNibal I noticed that too...oh well it was quite easy to install. It was my first tiime ever doing anything to the inside of a computer. I was scared and nervous. Espically when I saw nothing about 9600 in the manual. But me being the way I am I just had to put that bad boy in. Thank god I dint break anything.

I too upgraded from a gefroce4 mx420. All I really play is StarWars Galaxies and let me tell you the graphics are amasing now!!!Im in love. The water detail itself was worth the $.

As far as how it runs...well for me great. With the cards settings maxed, and the games settings maxed as well I get 10-15 fps. With out maxing the settings its in the 20's. I have nnot tried that "overclocking" stuff, I just dont know how too yet, but am interested if it will help bring fps up. Also have not done those "watermark"? tests on it. Once I learn how to ill do that stuff to seee what it can do.

I have a P4 2.6, and 512 of ram...

And Yes I did get the free copy of HL2
