NT4 server upgrade to Serker 2K3 ?'s

We have a NT4 PDC and we just bought a new dell with 2003 server preinstalled. I would like to get the new 2k3 server up and running and then get rid of the NT4 server or possibly upgrade it to 2k3 and have it be a backup DC.

My problem is I am having problems getting the information (user accounts) off of the NT server and on to the new server. I have some books on it and they all talk about uprgrading a single machine not addidng a new 2k3 server to a nt4 environment. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
