Systems Help! Screen Capture

Hi all,
I am using winxp pro. I tried to capture some still photo from a video by useing "Print Scr" key but it didn't worked. It shows the desktop but the picture in the video player is blank. I tried Wmp, Real one and quick time but didn't worked. I tried some screen Capture software same thing happen.No picture in the video player. Please help me. Thanks.

Your problem is the DVD is being displayed in hardware, printed to the screen directly by the 3D card. There is no way for you to take a screen capture at all when using a hardware player.

The only way to is to try to find a player that does it entirely in software, or a DVD ripper to convert it to .avi so you can play it in software, or anything like that.
