I once had a copy of partition magic that was free, but it was a version that was limited functions,
I would really recommend that you buy a copy of it in ver. 8.0
you will find it was the best investment you ever made

They do not provide free commercial partition editing software Dj-Icer, however they are second to none.
There is another that is worth noting tho is Acronis they have been coming out with numerous programs that are very good indeed tho.
While there is one in windows that will create and delete partitions that wont edit them.

Ranish Partition Manager Version is the only one I know of that is free. I dont know how well it works, only way to know is try.
