Video card/Power supply issue

Ok here it is, I have a question about a GeForce 4 mx440 I think or 400. I have a 235 watt power supply, small indeed I know. Is there some sort of chart specifying how much power you need to run certain graphics cards like mine? Or could one of you let me know if it's gonna work? Thanks

oh yeah here's the rest of my setup if it helps -
2 sticks of 2100 DDR
AMD Athlon XP 1700
Sony burner
MSI Athlon ATX motherboard

Wow, that's small. But I've seen Intel systems with less. Unless your computer starts to get unstable when you game, I wouldn't worry about upgrading.
