Hello! I once had the Ati tv wonder ve in pci. Took it out erased all the downloads for it. I even went to device manager under video, sound, game controller to erase the ati files. But after removal and restart the drivers seem to be adding themselves as new hardware, even when theres no new hardware because the ati is out of system. How do i stop this from happening?

Thanks

Did you not only do add/remove software, did you do add/remove hardware? Did you actually delete it from the Hardware profile?

Hello! Yes I have cked control panel, add/remove nothing there. How do i add/remove from actual hardware profile? I have now put recovery discs in to start from scratch. I checked device manager and it says under other devices: pci multimedia devices, and pci multimedia video device..both with question marks next to it. There is still no ati card in pci slot as of yet. So what seems the problem? Also I have remebered when i did have ati in pci there was these 2 wires that went from inside my computer into pci card...almost looked like phone wire tops. Should this be connected to something else inside my cpu since no longer in ati card?

Thanks please respond asap if u can
