What psu/case should I buy for an Asus p4c e-800 deluxe mobo?

I was wondering if anyone can give me advice on what brand or kind of case/psu,I should buy for my Asus p4c e-800 deluxe mobo?. This will be my first time building my own pc,so I'm not sure about all this,but I'm assuming atleast 420wpsu?.Also what about extra fans for proper cooling which I don't know about,do I need this?.

I'm an In-Win fan. I have three (3) myself. MWave.com has them for relatively cheap.
