ATI AIW 9700 Pro-fan spins but no video.

my video card acts like it doesnt work, no video, system beeps saying the video card isnt present,etc.

other cards work in the same slot w/ the same monitor.

so if the card is broke, the fan would still power up and spin?.

Hey,
Did you check if the card is completely seated in the AGP slot? Sometimes the slot is hard to get the card in. reseat the card please.
Then try to reset the CMOS. Also, does the card require a 12v plug to connect to the card? Check the connections too. thanks, paul
