NO Video 4 Me

Hi Guys,
I dont know if you will be able to figure this this for me but here it goes any way,

I building a backup system at the moment, and I bought a neat Little mobo the Asrock M266A with integrated, snd, vga, lan, ect that takes PC2100 DDR I chucked in the P4 Celeron :-( with the DDR I tried to power it up, the Cooler and the case leds are the only thing that tells me its on ( I've no drives connected), But there NO video output, I tried a separate video card(PCI) but nothing, the cooler seems to getting warmish as are the north and south bridges so it seems that muich is doing smthing anyway but the DDR module's like Ice.

The Specs for the board are that it accepts PC2100 is does not say that You can't use PC1600 (Samsung), which is what I have in the machine, any thoughts I really stumped.

PC1600 should be fine. Do you get any beeps? Are there any jumpers on the mobo? If there are, be sure there set correctly.

I would recommend removing the RAM and then insert it again. Be sure it's in the correct way and fits securely.

If/when you get it to boot, be sure to go in the BIOS first thing and select 'Default' CMOS settings. Then go back and make any changes you need to.
