3DMARK2000 wont run.

When i run 3dmark2000, it dies right after the first movie with the helocopter. But, 3dmark 2001 runs perfectly.

That does seem strange.. though you might want to list specs on vid card.. mb cpu.. chip sets.. drivers and last time updated so forth.. someone might have a clue =)

u can make sure by hitting Via's site and getting the latest non beta 4in1's I'm sure somwthing like Sandra would tell you though.. but I never thought about it =)

4in 1 can cause some bad times with 3d mark so that could be it.. b/c everything else looks fine to me.. drivers r updated.. humm do u have the latest service pack installed for windows 2k? that could cause issues as well when it comes to gaming..

I have the same prob, but backwards... I run 2000 fine, but I crash after the first game on 2001
