Winfax Pro 10.02

Winfax Pro 10.02 is supposed to be XP compatible, however... if you want to remove it and or re-install because it got corrputed look out. It's not a friendly program. Also if you don't chose to have a long distance carrier and you do fax long distance... forget WinFax Pro as the credit card dailing DOES NOT work.

I've spent weeks on this problem, Symantec has no answer and they admit they have a problem and they'll ask you to call there paid tech support claiming that they can help. So let me see, you can't help me, but paid tech suport can even though you both are reading the same book. Yeah right.

If anyone has made the credit card scenario work, please let me know.

I got miffed when winfax pro snookered my Msoft Word, lol. It was a known issue with a workaround but still.....

Well as stated, I've been on line with there so called tech support and to have the nuts to tell me to call piad support for a known issue has got to take the cake!

Symantec is falling behind in there software for XP and 2003 Server. The are severly behind. Causing more problems then what they're worth. My buddy up North was ordered to remove all there software and paid him OT to do it. That should tell you something.

I also have other issues with them, the Win Doctor is a Doctor alright! Witch Doctor; it corupted my register and deleted some required keys and it just snowballed from there. Needless to say I had to do a system rebuild and that pissed me off. It took me 6 days to isloate the problem back to them. What's their answer you say? Call paid support.
