Ad links in my IE?

Once in a while I go to a website (eg. IGN.com), and there is a link that leads to somewhere (haven't clicked on it.) I'll give you an image.

I ran Adware and Spybot but still seem to get this problem.
How can I get rid of this?
Thanks.

I believe that's just XML coding. It's not ad/spyware.

lol really? Well if that's the case, don't I feel like a jackass.
In any case, is there any way I can turn it off?

I'm not sure if it's XML now. I know it's in the coding, but I don't remember which it is.
