WINP Outlook Express Issue

Everytime I load up WINXP and open Outlook Express, I have to constantly put in values for how many headers it will load, and set the option to Automatically download messages? I can't understand this at all, everytime I open outlook after a restart it does this? Any tips?

Under Options - make sure "Send and Receive Messages At Startup" is checked. Has it ever worked properly , or is it a recent thing ?

Aren't you the one that was having the problem with your Registry?

I'd say you're probably better off doing a clean install. It sounds like the Registry is still hosed and you're probably never gonna hash out all the problems you're having or gonna have.
