WINXP Task Manager Missing Tabs

Hey guys, whenever I open task manager it only shows me the processes running. There are no tabs at the top, no border with any options, just the listed processes and an "End Process" button, the only way to exit is to hit esc, any clues?

Just click on the blank boreder that surrounds it. That should fix it.
