in silico is on a distinguished road
should i buy this system w/ monitor for $50?

its a local deal so no shipping costs.

for $50, id get:

HP Pavilion 6535 Tower:
Celeron processor, 466 mhz
64 MB SDRAM
84 GB ultra DMA hard drive
56k modem
50x cdrom
XP Pro installed

and a 15" crt monitor.

the hard drive alone is worth the $50
or was that supposed to be 8.4 gig...
either way that is a good deal

WinXP must be choking on that 64MB RAM. With a simple RAM upgrade, you will have a nice smooth internet browsing machine!

Sell the Win XP Pro license and buy a win98 license. You just bought yourself a working computer for free.

Talk I agree with everyone.

Yup its true you can buy a 128 MB Ram and ur straight or buy a 256 MB RAM. Either way its good for web surfing and Working.

I forgot to ask is it 8.4 GB or 84 GB HD. If its 84 GB who ever is selling you this must desperate to have $50.
