CD/DVD Polisher recomendations

I am planning on buying movies and games which are previously viewed (and scratched...). I want to polish each one as much as possible.
Can you send me any links to CD/DVD polishing info and what your recommendation for a polisher would be?
I would like to get opinions on ones people have used.

I think its called the Disk Doctor... Get it @ Best Buy Fairly cheap and the best I have ever used
