Folder view in iTunes?

I just downloaded iTunes and i was wondering, is there a way to view the music library in a folder-ish view? Right now, i have my My Music folder organized so that my songs are in their own folders (eg, songs by x is in the x subfolder), but iTunes displays everything in 1 giant list.

... also, which file type is "better"? iTunes lets me rip songs from cds into AAC or mp3. And is there a way to have iTunes minimize into the system tray, like how winamp3 does?

Hey, iTunes has a system tray. All you need to do is minize the window and you can control iTunes from the windows system tray.. at least for me.. Thanks

iTunes will place all of your songs into folders based on the album and artist's name. You just have to make sure that all of your songs are consolidated (Advanced menu > Consolidate Library). You can right-click on any song in the list and go to "show song file" and it opens the folder up in explorer.
As for the difference between AAC and MP3, I find that AAC doesn't clip the highs and lows as bad as MP3 does. IMO, 128AAC=160MP3.

Yeah, i liked how it would put cds into their own folders, but when i look at the Library, it lists every single song in 1 giant list, with nothing seperating them .
