hi, i have now issues with norton internet security, hope somebody can help me, i have reinstall it and it keeps the same, everytime i open it y receive this secuency error on URL: res://nisplug.dll/10036
i added an attachment of the screenshot
also when i try to change of user
my username is all distorted and if y type the password it says its invalid
i also for that added an attachment
i have contacted symantec, and havent answered me in bout 5 days
hope somebody in here knows something bout this

when did this happen and what had you done within the last 24 hours was it enabled or disabled for an install etc? were you playing a game checking email?

it has always been enable, i was just veiwing websites (band websites) and then i decide to restart the computer when i try logging on with my NIS username it was all distorted and wasnt accepting my password
