Jane's simulations were handled by Looking Glass Studios, which, sadly, wen't defunct (most of the team now works at Ion Storm Austin now, including Warren, which is owned by Eidos). Xicat did finish up one of the Janes simulations themselves, but that's been about it. If you really want some Janes, write nice notes to EA and Janes saying how much you loved the other Jane's games. I doubt EA would listen (seeing as how they suck now), but Janes would probably listen and may consider liscensing out to other companies.
