PCChips has gotten in some **** with AMD over this, but they continue to screw with people's heads over it. You can tell this is a completely non-kosher system by the "+" rating.
AMD NEVER moved Duron to its model rating system. For a long time the Duron 1300 was the fastest available until more-recently the 1600 MHz chips showed up--but even these don't use model numbers.
When AMD introduced model numbers with the launch of Palomino, the explanation was that this was a speed measurement relative to the T-bird (yes we know it was REALLY the P4--but AMD claimed it was T-bird). Supposedly the new enhancements to the core gave it the rating above and beyond normal "MHz".
So the AthlonXP 1800+ was equiv. to a T-bird 1.8 GHz. This actually has held up pretty well for not being the truth.
Anyway--
For awhile some companies took Duron 1.1's and marked them as "Duron 1300+'s". This was definitely not kosher with AMD but at least the chips they were using had the same core enhancements as the Palomino (1.1 GHz was a Morgan-core Duron).
Your chip, however, is not a Morgan Duron--its a Spitfire Duron, which means there is NO justification whatsoever for its "1200+" rating.
(Your WCPUID confirms this, when it states that SSE is not supported).
Honestly, you've got a lawsuit if you could ever find someone to sue. You were sold a Duron "1200+" with absolutely no justification for that rating. Obviously you're unlikely to sue over such a cheap system (which is why they do it).
Oh, one other thing: The 105 MHz FSB is completely common. Almost every motherboard manufacturer raises their FSB's a few points to try to win benchmarks. I've seen them cranked as high as 10% over stock.
Oh, and AMD considers selling overclocked systems illegal, and will chase companies that do so. But this isn't a case of that--there are many motherboards out there where the vendors themselves have told the boards to run 4-8 MHz above stock. Even if you set the board for "200" MHz FSB, say, its really running at 208.
