ASUS V9520Magic FX5200 Graphics Card

I need help with Graphics card conflict.

I have just installed P4S533 MX Motherboard. All's well. I installed my ASUS V9520 Magic 128MB Graphics card. Hardware fine. When I install the software, my system hangs. I have tried eveything (?), followed manual instructions religiously etc. I have disabled Onboard VGA and I have enabled AGP VGA both in BIOS. I have evn changed monitors (current LG Studioworks 700S). All to no avail. It is a pain in the ... to think I have a perfectly good 128MB graphics card that I cannot use. Any ideas (or better, any solutions ????)

Have you tried disabling fast-write capability cos some cards are wierd with that.
